Full and half day Retreats/Workshops are offered on one or any combination of the following components of the Masterman Executive Coaching Self Awareness Building Program:

All Retreats/Workshops include one or a combination of the following assessments for the group because we all benefit from and enjoy learning more about ourselves:

  • 360-Assessments

Experience alters us. Knowing what we prefer, how we do or don’t want to be communicated with, and what motivates us to get up and act helps us master new and existing challenges. As facilitator, I present the assessment models and guide participants through exercises to help them experience their profiles in action.

Through discussion and exercises, Teams will better understand how to

Team Branding/Team Building

Beth Masterman and Justin Foster of Austin TX based FosterThinking team up to offer a one or two day workshop on Team Branding | Team Building. Together they explore with your team through discussion and exercises, questions including, but not limited to: Who are you? Why do you exist? What is your brand? What is your value? What are your priorities? How do you build strategic short and long-term actionable plans around your priorities? What makes your teams work?

Justin Foster is a brand strategist who believes that inside every organization there is a truth waiting to be converted into a brand and communicated to the world. He provides expert facilitation to help individuals and teams find, articulate, and amplify that ‘truth’ by focusing on seven key phases of Brand Amplification:
