Experience informs and alters us. Knowing what we prefer, how we do or don’t want to be communicated with, and what motivates us to get up and act, helps us master new and existing challenges. As facilitator, I present the assessment models and guide participants through exercises to help them experience their profiles in action.

Through discussion and exercises, Teams will better understand how to

  1. Establish Goals
  2. Hold productive meetings
  3. Identify Their Team Strengths and Areas for
  4. Development
  5. Communicate and Listen Effectively
  6. Articulate a Common Vision and Purpose
  7. Enhance Engagement
  8. Create Achievable Action Plans
  9. Hold Team Members Accountable
  10. Have more understanding of and compassion around different styles, personalities, approaches demonstrated by others on the team.
